Every client at Flow Studio begins with Foundations, a gentle, mandatory introduction to the reformer. This shared starting point is what creates the sense of belonging here. No one is left behind. No one feels unprepared.
You will learn the equipment, the language of the studio, and the fundamental movement patterns that will serve you in every class that follows. It is complimentary with your first membership or included in the Intro to Flow offer.
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and can be purchased at the studio. Members receive 25% off grip socks.

An invitation to release old patterns through mindful breathing, healthy alignment, and the freedom to play and explore. We start slowly, grounding and awakening the body, then build heat through a fluid, playful flow—reconnecting with your natural rhythm, ease, and presence.

A harmonious blend of doweling, taping, ball rolling, pranayama, slow mindful movement, and longer yin holds. Working gently into connective tissues and the fascial system, this practice invites you to soften, unwind, and restore—meeting yourself exactly as you are.

A grounding, mid-day reset where movement and breath support your nervous system in softening stress and returning to balance. Inviting you to explore your body with curiosity, unwind tension, and settle into an extended Savasana, with optional supportive assists. You’ll leave feeling more open and at ease in your body, with a gentle sense of support and serenity.

A deeply restorative practice designed to support your nervous system and invite you into rest. Each class is guided by the energetic theme of the day, beginning with the option to choose an oracle card to spark intuition and curiosity, followed by gentle, exploratory movement and breath—transitioning into an extended Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and deeply nourished.

A slow, meditative, and deeply relaxing practice focused on stillness, release, and deep flexibility. Poses are held for longer periods with the support of props to gently target the connective tissues while encouraging the nervous system to soften and settle. Expect a calming practice designed to support rest, mobility, and release—leaving you feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed.

Memberships require a 3-month commitment, billed monthly. After the initial 3-month period, you may renew for another commitment or explore class packs and other options. Classes reset each month and do not roll over. All memberships include complimentary Foundations and 25% off grip socks.

Yes. Every new client must complete the Foundations class before attending any other class at Flow Studio. This ensures you understand the equipment, feel safe and confident, and get the most out of every session that follows. Foundations is complimentary with your first membership.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow your instructor to see your alignment. Grip socks are mandatory in every class for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio. Members receive 25% off grip socks.
All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Memberships and class packs unlock booking access. We recommend booking early, as our small class sizes mean spots fill quickly.
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class credit being forfeited from your membership or pack. This policy allows us to open your spot for other clients who may be waiting.
No. Monthly membership credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry forward. We encourage you to use all your classes each month to maintain consistency in your practice.
Drop-in availability is subject to space and is only available to clients who have completed the Foundations class and have prior reformer experience. We recommend a class pack or membership for guaranteed booking access.

The Intro to Flow package ($90) includes one mandatory Foundations class plus 6 credits to use across any combination of Reformer, Yoga, or Mat classes. It’s designed to give first-time clients a taste of the full Flow Studio experience before committing to a membership. Valid for 30 days from first class.
All fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical reasons, pregnancy, or relocation. Please speak with us directly if you have concerns.
Aligned Performance is our most dynamic, athletic class. Men have priority booking, with remaining spots opening to all clients 12 hours before class time.
